Please note that when I stated this puzzle is all Greek to me, I was not giving a hint. I was simply using an idiom to explain the puzzle was too complex for me to work out. Anyway it isn't Greek to me now and I have submitted a competition entry.
If you want a hint, make better use of the official clue to get the right 12 letters and then think Peter.
I have spent far too much time on The Midas Code! (and that is not a hint - it's just a fact!) Good luck to all.

Well, isn't it a good job other people don't think like you, otherwise we would have gotten nowhere!

I haven't had the chance to sit down with it all again yet, but will be doing probably Sunday (have a big maths assignment to get done for uni first..... unless someone wants to do it? Lol) If I get anything, I will add it to the thread, as many of us have done.

Silly me for thinking that the whole point of this forum was to help people with solutions..... even if it is only a suggestion. :o
    Thanks to all posters :A

Peter? Only thing I can think of about Peter is Rock?

Its thinkpeterson.com who are lock smiths...haha very cryptic

so if the midas code is the key how do we use it? Still think it is to do with rotating the letters somehow...but still stumped here as now have 6 combinations and none produce a decent anagram :(
  • How about USA RACES MANY?

  • Surgeoer - I see where you are comiing from with the Rock but in this case Peter is probably Crenshaw - one of the characters in the book.
