Can anybody help with an annoying problem please?
Last year we invested in Norton Internet Security 2006, and have been very pleased with it. The subscription has just expired, and because it was expensive to renew online we have bought a new Internet Security 2007 package instead.
It installed with no problem, replacing the older version, but now we find that there is no Anti-Spam working. I've searched the Norton help and cannot fine any mention of a spam filter.
This is a really useful feature of the 2006 version and I can't believe that they would drop it from the latest version - so what are we doing wrong?
Any suggestions would be really helpful.

I've just done a bit more research and have found out that the anti-spam feature has actually been dropped ffrom the 2007 version. Apparently the parental controls are severely reduced as well.
I wish I hadn't bought this. It really seems to be a much worse product than the previous version.Oh dear, here we go again.0 -
E-mail sales and ask if you can exchange it0

A kind moneysaver has emailed me with details of an addon pack that can be downloaded from Symantec, which includes antispam and parental controls.
If anyone wants details please post and I'll try to work out how to add the link (I'm not much of a techie I'm afraind!)Oh dear, here we go again.0 -

I noticed that 2007 was missing a couple of things when my 2006 renewal came up, so I just renewed my current version. Was cheaper that way, too.0
