New Travelodge website badly designed, cannot view bookings

Hi I am new on here. Just wondered if anyone has experienced any problems with the new travelodge website.
I have made plenty of bookings through the old website which was much better than the new one. There used to be a link that would take you to the old website on the new one. Its now gone and I cannot view edit any of my bookings.
Even if you try manage your bookings on the new site it does not accept any of my login details or bookings.
With no customer care what so ever and they totally ignore emails sent thru their contact forum this is very poor. Dont think they are even aware of the problem ???

They've switched between the old and new sites so often that I've lost track of which is which, but I think this takes you to the old one

New website doesn't accept my Visa Debit card number as being valid. Old website accepts it without issue. Weird.0

For some considerable time now Travelodge have been operating with old and new web sites.
They seem to switch between the two quite frequently.
I have made bookings recently on the new site which do not appear as "future bookings" on the old site. So there is no proper synchronisation of the two sites.
The only way I been able to confirm my future bookings is to phone the travelodges direct.
What makes me smile (grimace!) is that they claim to have won an award for the best hotel website in 2009.
Their customer services is virtually non-existent. I have no response from them either by phone or email.
Sadly after many years of booking with Travelodge I have decided never to use them again! Their IT Manager should be sacked!0 -
I booked a five day stay this morning and experienced a significant improvement in the new travelodge web site.
Whereas previously, I would have had to book each day individually; in order to get the saver rate; this time I only had to book the five days in one go which was much better. Also, I was only prompted to pay £1.50 insurance for the whole booking. Usually you get prompted to pay for each individual day.
They called my booking a "mult-night offer rate". which is a new one (to me).
So "fair do's". The IT staff are starting to get it right.0
