Low water pressure to washing machine

    No sadly not! the old machine is still broken and making the clicking noise.
    I think the kink in the hose may have been caused when taking the old washing machine out to clean the pump as it was very tight with it being integrated and thats why the new machine didnt work and was totally unrelated to the problem with the old one.
    The new machine is plugged in and works though so am happy enough. Thanks again for your help!

    The new machine should have come with a new inlet hose?
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    It did yes but in stupidity we left the other inlet hose that was already attached to the valve om. We have now swapped it for the new one and it works super.
