I usually book my hols online and put the info in through my log in.
This one I haven't booked online so how do I do the info online?

with thomson hols i just google api thomsons. then enter booking ref and then api. or i could give info to travel agents.0

It depends who the holiday was booked with, and where you are going?
If booking a package holiday, sometimes it will show on the tour operators invoice where to enter the info. sometimes they will just collect at check-in. If the flight requires online check-in, this could be collected when doing that process.
