    As it's compensation you're after you may as well come out and ask them for it at this point. Say your coupons have expired, and would they give you a voucher code as a goodwill gesture. They'll probably say no, but as that is clearly what you're hoping for you've got nothing to lose by just asking.

    i've had this problem at least the last 4 or 5 seperate times i've been to my local tesco its very embarrassing and very annoying.:mad:
