Yes you are right. I was just adding to the general conversation rather than making a new point. I haven't tried depositing money as I am looking around to try and find a better option anyway just now.

To deposit from an external bank to the Cahoot Savings Account, you use the 'Deposit' menu.

To deposit from an external bank to the Cahoot Current Account, you use the 'Account Manager' menu.

Right. I have located that option now, but apparently I have not set up a DD linkage for the savings account, only the current account. Although as I remarked previously I have tended to 'push' funds into both accounts, rather than 'pull'.

The funds have arrived today (23/1), having been processed 17/1 (pm), so it would appear that DD is still an option - at least for me and for the time being.

Further to my last post, the DD transaction has now failed and been returned. It had been credited to cahoot, but not debited to the source account - it has now been re-debited to cahoot.
