Firstly sorry as this was originally pasted in the jobseekers board ( my bad)
Just after a bit of info guys as I dont really understand this??
I was told Im in the bracket for redundancy, and if I didnt volunteer and got selected I would have 12 months to push out. If I did volunteer and got selected I would have 6 months to push out. (Max of each)
after long and carefull thought and the package offered I decided to jump rather than be push and volunteer for it!.
Now what I want to know is if I dont get selected is there anyway I can appeal or strenghthen my case, the reason I ask is Im having some good feedback from potential employers and have had a couple of good job offers, so I want to take this advantage rather than wait my current employer to let me go!
any advice?????
Cheers
