I ask because Sainsbury's online only shows this one which is pretty much the same cost as the white wine & cider vinegar so I didn't want to buy that if there is a cheaper non-food use one although I do note that the description includes 'non culinary uses'.

its called "non brewed condiment".

i would be careful with adding other chemicals in any quantity,they could damage the rubber seals.

I have used Washing Soda Crystals to clean my machine and it seemed to work quite well.

Pour a good cupful into the detergent drawer and do a full wash cycle on the hottest temperature.

It cost 90p for a 1kg bag in Asda.
