Hi,
im all confused and never had these before so in need of help, my son has been awarded £550 of tc vouchers and i was wanting to know can i make a deposit by booking online with direct debit, then could i send the vouchers away to make up the rest of the out standing total or even do it by phone instead of sending them? Its just ALOT cheaper online than in my local branch.
So far ive read that i would have to pay the flights online in full then send away vouchers so they can put money back into my account.
But i just dont have that kind of cash up front so surely they can accept a deposit then receive the vouchers by recorded post, the holiday wont be untill end of 2012.
Thanks
K.

Take your internet print out to your local Thomas cook and ask for a price match, much easier, don't mention the vouchers until they agree as they know you have to use the vouchers with Tc and you don't have as much bargaining power.0

I went today and rep said they couldint price match it and it would cost £1200 something for the flights.
I got this price from there website £617.94 inc tax but not inc luaggage, meals, travel insurance, so i done that as well and there included in the extras on the checkout and it was £778.94 which i was very happy with, this is why i would rather try do it online.

Were the flights off the flythomascook.com site and not the thomas cook website, as have you checked you can actually use these vouchers on flythomascook.com as they are different companies.0
