As you have been advised, it says poluchili, vsye horosho, which does translate as "received, all is good".

You can reciprocate with a simple хороший покупатель - "Good buyer". You could respond with Spaciba Balshoye as well, a simple thank you.

If I get bored when leavibg feedback, I will sometimes type something in German or what ever language google comes up with.

If I use an online translator to send a reply I always add 'please excuse use of online translator' to the end of the translation. Hopefully that will explain to the recipient any mangled grammar.
