Can anyone recommend e decent cover for boiler for rental property..
looked at Homeserve £24.77 per month and seems good cover as covers all sorts but they dont seem to have happy customers..
Just want a decent company that wont try and rip us off to give peace of mind should anything go wrong...

  • Why are you looking to pay for cover for a boiler that is not yours. Do you have a gas safety certificate? This is a legal requirement.

It is your Landlords responsibility to maintain the property NOT YOURS!

I use British Gas Homecare. They aren't always the BEST technicians, and you have to avoid the sales pitch, but they are still reliable, they replace parts and certainly keep the tenants happy.
