Maybe your not able to or maybe i'm missing something.
A recent claim I made via moneyclaim website has had a change of status to 'Defense' -- how do I view the defence the defendant has submitted?

Not sure if this is how it works, but does the defence get submitted to a particular court and if so, can you contact them to see what they say ?0

From the reading i've done I believe the defendant can file online using a pin code supplied. It shows the defendant has submitted a defence and its been assigned to a court.
Doesn't seem to go further into detail though
Maybe they'll send it in the post or something...
Where the speakers man when we need him? I'm sure he'll know how it will work
