Returning Prescription glasses bought online

Hi, I am looking for advice.
I recently bought a pair of prescription glasses online.
I was not happy with the quality of them, and felt that they did not match my reasonable expectations.

The returns policy for the company is very confusing, it does say that they aim to guarantee satisfaction, and that returns can be made, however it also says that returns are not accepted on personalised glasses, given that they sell prescription glasses - that seems a bit odd.:rotfl:

I remember Martin saying on TV that on-line purchases can be returned always.

Can anyone give me some advice....???

Thanks

You can't return custom made goods, or at least there is no right to return them under DSR. If the goods are not faulty then it would be a goodwill gesture only.
Give them a phone and tell them they don't meet your expectations and see what they say.
