Hi everyone. I sent a letter to DFS about a sofa we bought on 0% finance over 4 years as my husband clearly told the sales woman we did not want the insurance (he thinks most insurance is a con). i asked for the paperwork from Blackhorse which shows we did pay PPI over the 3 years (we paid it off early). I wrote to DFS once, they called me and we had a chat and they paid out £227. No further questions asked. Quick result, took less than 2 weeks. :j
