Where can I get sun loungers with a gap at the bottom of the chair?

This may sound an odd question but we have reclining cushioned chair loungers, the sort where you sit up like in an armchair or you can move it into a reclining position a few times. The chair cushion and the frame goes right to the floor.

The problem with these, although they are very comfy, is that when I want to get up, its a real struggle because normally when you would get up from a chair you put your feet sort of underneath the chair, whereas with these the cushion gets in the way which means my feet are stuck out a bit in front. I have a bad back anyway which means its uncomfortable trying to manouvre out of these chairs!

Are there any loungers which still give the comfort but which have a small gap at the bottom, without a bottom rung of frame which means you can put your feet back to stand up?
