Clampers taken to scc, judgement passed now what?

My son was unfairly clamped (whilst swopping drivers) by Global Parking Ltd. He was charged £275.00 release fee. We wrote, then issued a claim in the small claims court. Global parking didn't respond, & we won judgement & gave them a week to refund, by 29 July 2011. That date is passed. What should we do next? The small claims court's info is a little confusing here, and apparently we'll have to pay for the next step (baliff, freezing bank accounts, etc).
Any advice gratefully received.

I hope you charged the landowner/leasee who authorised the clamper at the same time as its extremely difficult to squeeze money out of them. They hide behind po boxes and have no assets, deliberate. If you paid by C/Card the judgement can be used to force a chargeback. However if you only sued the clamper you have an uphill battle I'm afraid.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Peter is correct - clampers don't care how many CCJs they collect, they are ahead of the game and will have no assets to sieze.
You need to go after the company who employed the clampers.0 -
Their last accounts show company assets of £311.

Without suing the people who contracted the clampers or an individual it would not be worthwhile paying more to send in the bailiffs!0 -
Agreed. It's a pity you didnt come here before issuing your claim, the landowner [or whoever contracted the clampers] would have plenty of assets for the bailiffs to seize if you had sued them jointly.0
