If you google Hogg Robinson business travel you should find it. Also thoroughly recommend them

Thanks for that. Have sent an enquiry through to them.
My only worry if that they will be too expensive. Could anyone suggest an alternative?

    Thanks.

Have you got all the details of the 75 people that want to fly ready for a travel agent?

Don't have the exact details yet. I know the approximate arrival times but nothing is confirmed just yet.

Have you got all passport names and details if API is required, not sure if a travel agent would do all that for you?

You won't need their details yet. TAs will happily book the seats without the names of the passengers, or their passport details. HRG do that for us frequently on group bookings where the passenger list isn't finalised.

That can be an issue for your passengers who know they'll be flying as they won't have PNRs or be able to select seats or add their FF number to their booking. On one group booking I wasn't able to check in online or select my seat until I was at the airport. This was purely because the group booking wasn't finalised until days before the flight. That was a flight to the US so no idea how they got API in place. (although HRG do have my details on file).

Still managed to get a seat in the first row (1D 3-class 777 with BA), so it wasn't a big issue.

This is exactly my situation. FF miles and seats reservations aren't a problem and paying for the tickets is my problem :)

HRG want an extra 47.63 per flight booked, as their booking fee (ontop of the normal ticket price. Unfortunately this is a lot more than I can afford. Can anyone recommend anyone else?

    Thanks.

Not exactly sure where you want in europe so not sure if netflights is any good to you but worth a phone call.

In the past I have used www.flightline.co.uk for flights. Not sure if they do 'bulk' bookings but I would be inclined to phone them (http://www.flightline.co.uk/help/contact-us.php) and ask.
