HBOS ISA Saver

Hi,
Ages ago I opened the above ISA account with good intentions to save! Never saved a penny but now I'm beginning to think I should start using it. Maybe only £50 a month.
Unfortunately I binned all the terms and conditions etc of this account years ago. If I started saving now, am I able to access my funds whenever I want, or is it only once a year?
I'm not clued up on ISA's at all!
Any help would be great, will probably be making a trip to the bank to chat with them. I've heard of CASH ISA's so maybe would be better to go with that.

You need to find out which ISA you have. Most allow for instant access. If it's an older ISA the interest rate is probably rubbish, so I'd call them up and ask them to change your account to the ISA Direct Reward (linked below), as a Reward Current Account customer you would earn 2.8% AER:-

Thats great I will change to a Reward account and then ask them to change to the ISA Direct Reqrd, Thank you for your help!
