Hi all,
Just a note to say that I've received excellent customer service at Waterstone's in Crewe.
All the staff work excellently as a team and nothing was too much trouble to get me sorted with a book I'd been trying to track down for a while - on top of that the manager is lovely too!
A big thank you to them!
