Part exchange

Hi there,
I wonder is anyone can give me a little advice. My partner and myself are looking at part exchanging our property with a new build.
We have had our property indepantantly valued last week at 75-80k, does any one know roughly how much we could expect the builder to offer us for it on px.... Before we start wasting time.
Thanks

It will totally depend on their margins on the new build and how desperate they are to sell certain plots. It won't be far off, so it's certainly worth trying.
You'll find that they may offer you the right sort of price but expect full asking for theirs etc so the important thing is more the price difference between their offer to you and the purchase price, than the exact price of yours. ie. how much extra money you have to give them. Concentrate on that.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
