No I meant what am I looking for on my dish!!!!!, and they reckon they are going to charge me an installation fee, I dont think so, they can try!!!!!!!!!
  • Haggle and you'll get the install for free. If you say you're leaving they'll transfer you to another department who have the authority to basically get you what you want.

  • Are there 2 wires coming out of your dish or only 1
  • If you still want to look at the LMB, check where your current cable plugs in. There should be another input there.

Sky usually install a quad LMB when you get Sky+ so you can get multiroom at a later date if required.

Just one, does this mean that there has to be two wires running from the dish to the receiver, as ours runs the entire length of our house and if they come and do that for free, they wont be happy!!!
  • It does need two, so yes you need all your negotiation skills to get what you want at the least expense

A standard install would/should be free. It'll depend on what they class your install as when they turn up. If it's not what they call 'standard' they could refuse to install it for free.

considering I will be getting the box for free, I think that that will take all my selling skills to get the install for free aswell.
  • You can only try!!
  • If you're going down the recommend a friend route, I suppose it's swings and roundabouts then really.

Free box, pay for install or half price box, free install.
