It is on several times a day on Dave.0 -
It must have been, oooh, at least a week since the Daily Fail ran a 'Top Gear OUTRAGE!!!!' story and then they jump all over this one.
OK, so the BBC had permission from the land owner, they left other spaces available, they would have moved had the spaces been required and nobody was hurt.
But still, THE OUTRAGE!!!!!!!!
Oh, and the 'wasting my licence fee' brigade - would you be happy to pay more to cover the lost revenue that Top Gear in its current format brings in from overseas sales and syndication rights?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Thank God for Top Gear. In a world dominated by female leaning programmes its the one thing a bloke can rely on for a few weeks of the year. Advertisers know that spending power now lies in the hand of the fairer kind so commercial broadcasters go where the cash is and unfortunately the BBC feels the need to keep up. Thankfully there are 250million men (and women) worldwide that like to see three middle aged blokes cocking about with cars rather than some over the top holiday camp reject murdering ballads on the other side. Don't like it- well rot your brain watching Eastenders instead.0
