YES! Thanks for posting, as I was wondering if it was my system. They have the new site and were doing technical things over the weekend, but today is impossible.

The iii website has been upgraded from today. I think this is the reason why the site is so slow this morning - just teething problems.

Just about unusable today. Takes 3 to 4 minutes to display a page. They seem to have really screwed up the web site changes. I have just managed (with much patience) to use their contact us form to send a message.

It is only the main site though - the trading site has not been changed so you can still log-in and trade.

Ah - am also having a problem with that and have just had password reset, so wondered if it was the iii system, or my particular log-in.

I have accessed my trading account a couple of times today with no problems at all although I have the trading site log-in as a separate bookmark so I am not accessing the log-in through the new site portal.
