Check out Inline Removals. I've used them three times. Absolutely brilliant. Have only moved a max of around 20 miles though and not sure they do long distance. Worth a call to check. They might be able to recommend another company if not.

Crispins in Hoxton for removals. Used them twice. First time they moved us from a 10th floor flat in E2 to a house in E3, then from E3 to Essex.

Both times we had thousands of books and they did them all, without complaint and without losing or breaking anything.

    Highly recommended.
