Referencing fee

in House buying, renting & selling
We are moving and have paid our new letting agent to have the referencing done.

Now our current letting agency wants us to pay them £15 to give our new agent a reference. Is this normal or are they taking the !!!! trying to squeeze the last penny out of us?

    if i want a reference from an ex housing association tenant, the HA wants £69 from me !!!!
