Morning, if you buy a Groupsave 4 train ticket and only 3 people travel, would it cause any problems with a ticket inspector?
The cost is the same for a 2, 3, or 4 person ticket.
Many thanks

The T&C say all members of the group must travel together for outward and return services
Whether this is enforced - no idea.0 -
This has been debated on specialist forums extensively and there has been no conclusive answer. The terms and conditions don't explicitly forbid it, depends on your interpretation of the quotes that dzug1 provided. The reality is that most guards probably won't care, however I wouldn't risk it unless it is a real emergency.
Edit: And just for the record, GS3 in many occasions are cheaper than GS4, although only by a few pennies, due to rounding.0
