Hi,

I'm planning a trip to Phuket for 2nd half of November with my wife. We are in our thirties and we would like to have some advices from you since it's our first time traveling for pleasure so far away.
Currently, we are not thinking to rely on a travel agency. Our plan is to buy the flights from London to Bangkok, spend 3 days in Bangkok and then take an internal flight to Phuket and spend 13 days in Phuket.
We also know already where to sleep.
I would just like to know if there are some advices about how to plan the travel itself (I don't know, if I should take a travel insurance for example), and if there are things that I should definitely take in consideration/know.
Thank you very much for all your precious suggestions.
