Morgan Stanley Platinum Application !!!! up???

I applied for the Morgan Stanley Platinum Card on December the 7th and have only just received a reponse by post.

Although all the litereature seems to relate to the Morgan Stanley Buy and Fly Card, is this right or is this a !!!!-up??

I definitely remember applying for the cashback deal
