Access to Home Report

I had a Home Report done a year ago on a property I am selling and was able to acccess it via www.packdetails.com
It asks for a reference number and postcode.
Estate agent I was using is now out of business and they sent the reference details to access the report, however it is saying Case not Found. When the house originally went on the market I was able to access the report with the same details. I can't find contact details for them - is this just a gateway to a big database of home reports does anyone know? Should the surveyor be able to provide the report? I have to give the report to the new estate agent and get it updated for remarketing the house. I wondered if it maybe wasn't available as it was now out of date? Help!! Said I would pass the report to the new agent tomorrow.

Thanks - yes I've got their details. I'll call first thing. I'm guessing that surveyors submit their reports to packdetails.com for sellers and buyers to access? Don't understand why it's not finding the case now - same details worked a year ago. Should have downloaded a copy at the time of course, but that would have been too sensible of me
