Claim through paypal or ebay?

I recently purchased a dvd box set from ebay and paid for the item via paypal. It has arrived and I'm convinced it is counterfeit (the listing on ebay looked pretty good, seller had good feedback and the price was reasonable so I didn't suspect counterfeit before it arrived and would not have knowingly purchased a counterfeit).

Is it best to raise an item not as described claim via ebay or to go through paypal?

ebay for suspected fakes as they put the onus on the seller to prove authenticity.

Thank you! I knew there was a reason one or the other was the better route but couldn't recall which!
