Working Tax credits Student fincance income?

My wife is filling in a new Working tax credit claim but we have got stuck on whether we include any student finace (maintenance loans and grants etc) we both got for the previous year and my student finance for the upcoming year?
We have filled in everything as best we can and included as much evidence as we can along with some notes explaining everything. Do they actually read any additional information we send or just go on the forms?
Suprised that this is not easier to find on HMRC website, that or i'm being thick lol.

Student loans/grants don't count as income for tax credit purposes except for the Dependents Grants

Though they do count as income for other benefits:

Thank you
I knew i'd missed it. I never got to the bottom of the page it seems.
We added notes like I said and i think i'm right in not including Income support for the time before i started university april to september?
With the phones been so busy with renewals contacting them would have been pointless for a new claim so we're just sending it in
