Meeting with bank of ireland

Hi,

Got a meeting with bank of ireland as I sent them a letter asking for my charges back. I am in financial hardship however getting this across to them in the meeting could not help.
I have payday loans, logbook loans and debt management with others and it has all spiralled out of control.
Anyone any suggestions or experience with proving the financial hardship in regards to gettin the charges back as I know the bank will find some way of wriggling out of it?
