there are all sorts of places you can go for something like this. I've been to Henlow Grange (Bedfordshire) a few times, and whilst its not cheap I did enjoy myself.

they have a few day packages which you can add treatments to if you want to. Exercise classes, swimming pool, sauna are all included in price. Personal opinion on the days - I'd go for the top to toe day over the spa day but that's because I don't like the Thalassotherapy Pool which is a really salty pool with jet pumps..I have sensitive skin on my face & I was red for hours afterwards!0 -
I've just booked 2 for 1 at bestwestern (about £96 for two nights for 2 inc breakfast at one of their ones with pool and spa)julybride

Try the buyagift website if you have got spare tesco clubcard vouchers - you can get some great deals on spa breaks there, and the vouchers are worth 4 times their value!
Or try www. lastminute.com0 -
If you want a great value spa break then try here http://www.spaandhotelbreak.co.uk/
Some of the deals here are exceptional, and its very easy to arrange everything.
The only thing I would suggest is that you use tripadvisor or similar to check the places out first as a couple of the locations offered are a little long in the tooth, however most are just really good value.Play up Pompey!0 -
Virgin Experience do days out like karting, paintballing, or if you want to just relax and get pampered in a hotel then they do that too. They have a wide range of things to do, just check them out.
I bought my voucher at a bargain at this link.

My hubby took me on a spa break to Thoresby Hall, Notts. Although it is a Warner Hotel there were loads of younger people and very few older people in the Spa. No idea about price sorry as it was a Surprise but I think he booked it through lastminute.com0
