Booked a Premier Inn but didnt use it

Although it was a non refundable room they havent charged my card. Do you think they will?

Also, we are booked to go to a different Premier Inn in September, do you think it will have an effect on that booking?

In my case, 9 months later they came seeking the money, however I had used the room and stumped up no problem. Unfortunately they cannot resell that nights use, so you are liable to them.

Thats fine, I understand that and its no bother. I did book it and I knew it was non-refundable so I was expecting the charge to come out. I was more worried that it might effect our booking in September.

It shouldn't affect your booking, however on the off chance this were to happen, your offer to "switch" the payment when they ask for it should cover this. The fiascos of bank customer services deters me from helping them take the money...as they usually mess up and the customer has grief trying to help with the bank error

No, they just take your card details and charge it when you check out.
