kgb deal for holidays

Has anyone used kgb for holidays. I note that you in fact buy a voucher which you then use with the third party to book the holiday so I was going to do some research into availability of this holiday with the third party before buying the voucher. I am a bit nervous. I've seen posts about folks buying small items through kgb but not seen any for holidays. thanks

ah I just realised the voucher is for a company called Leisure Dimensions Ltd - they do timeshare. I don't have the energy for that on holiday. No thanks
I guess kgb isn't so transparent then............... it said holiday not time share 'opportunity'

Steer away from the timeshare, but they do have some good offers on UK hotels, plus there is 15% cashback from topcashback.

what do you do with the uk ones. do you phone the hotels to see if the offer is legit or has it just been ok so far?

The travel deals are fine as long as you research the provider that the holiday is through. As you have obviously done - and turned out that this particular deal is a timeshare company. However, there are, and have been deals with bona fide travel agents (a recent one was Fleetway Travel).

I have seen it before where it stated in the deal information that you should call BEFORE buying the voucher to check availability. Even if it didn't say this, I would still do it.
