Ryanair - applying for a refund

HI
This morning I had an email from Ryanair advising our flight has been pushed back in time to depart 5 hours later than originally scheduled.
Within this email is the option to apply for a refund. Does anyone know whether they refund all components of the price - ie payment surcharge etc?
Reason I ask is flights on the revised time are now cheaper to book than when I booked. I understand a refund takes 7 or so days however providing I'm guaranteed to get this back I don't mind fronting up again with payment for cheaper flights.
Does Ryanair allow this?
Thanks in advance.

How much is the likely gain if some components are not refundable?Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

Thanks for the reply.
Have read the T&Cs and it appears all components ARE refundable
Anyone have any experience in carrying out a similar scenario?
The refund will be going to my Cash Passport Travelex Prepaid credit card. Hopefully there are no associated fees (charged by Travelex) for the refund to go back onto the card? Anyone know?0 -
I've had a flight refunded properly by FR in similar circumstances. Looks like you might be in luck!0
