I am interested in following Martins guide to the above. However my present mortgage agreement runs out in December. Would having a supposed debt (money in reality will be sitting in the bank gaining interest) stop me moving to a new mortgage provider? Would it also stop me fom taking out a real loan? If anyone has followed Martin's cunning plan how have you got on? :confused:
