I was in continuous employment with one firm for over 12 years, my job within the company changed 3 times and I was eventually 'poached' by another company because of a specific talent that I had.
I got in hot water a couple of times too.

30 years and 3 weeks..... so far :)
Some days you're the dog..... most days you're the tree! :D
  • Is delivering papers to peoples homes each morning valid in this discussion as it's not classed as a job in the eyes of the Jobcentre.? If so, then 3 years for me.

If paper delivery isn't acceptable, then I'd have to say 8 weeks is the longest continuous employment for me. Can't remember if it was as a Trainee Bus Driver, or making sandwiches on a productions line though.
