Happy Birthday Beanie! Coffee doesn't go well with laptops, neither does diet coke!
Aww Cheryl (((((big hugs))))) it does feel sometimes as if everything comes all at once doesn't it?! Hope this weekend is ok, keep busy xxx
Well I'm here to declare NSD 17 as I haven't left the house all day, finally started painting my livingroom and now I feel all happy and pleased I've finally made a start and just want to get it all done
Hopefully won't be going out anyway again tomorrow (more painting!) so should get my 2nd targetalthough I will have to cobble together something from my storecupboard for meals!

Hi,
Sorry been absent again for a few days, I tend to find it easier to post a few days worth of NSD's or SP's at once rather than doing it every day.
:grouphug::grouphug: to those in need...and  to those who have done soo well with their NSD's
I can report another 4 NSD's for me this week :j
A spend day for me today as we went to IKEA to get a few little bits for DD's bedroom, though I was very pleased with myself as I spent less than planned and stuck firmly to what I went in there for, even putting something down that cost £2.89 because I didn't really need it :T
Tomorrow probably wont be a NSD either as there is an annual Chilli festival not far from us that we will probably venture over to and it's £5 per adult admission plus I'll probably chip in a few £ for pretrol for DH.
Have a good weekend everyone....hope it doesn't rain for all of it.
P.S Happy Birthday Beanie!!! Hope you've had a great day0 -

If anyone out there knows how to get in touch with her, please pass on all our best wishes for a speedy recovery to her computer. And a happy birthday to Beanie too!
Ahh, birthday, Beanie....happy one! (rearrange into a proper sentence)
Errr...bathing your pooter in coffee though? Were you following a recipie from Igor?! :rotfl:
Not stopping tonight, going to watch Inception with OH so lights off and wine out. Successful Mr T shop today, about £58 down to £24 with offers and coupons :T got lots of cleaning stuff on BOGOF, realised I looked at the wrong size of an item for a Grabbit deal so prob gonna nip back tomorrow as I have a couple more coupons that I could use at the same time, then I just need to actually use the cleaning stuff :rotfl: Not quite a NSD (food and big shop out of grocery budget) but did also but a bottle of Heinz ketchup with balsamic vinegar in Mr S for £1 - jolly nice it is too, had it for dinner with my Diner in for £10 steak and chips tonight, nom nom. Also bought OH a large jar of jalapenos from the 99p shop which I'll pay for (:A)
Right, off to turn the lights off and switch on LeoFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Hello everyone!
I managed to catch NSD number 21 yesterday! :j Yay! However, the fridge and cupboards are starting to look bare - so a food shop is definitely on the cards within the next couple or so days.
What's everyone wearing for our 'lil trip to the carnival?I'm looking for some more inspiration ... can't wait to see all our wonderful outfits and creations!

NSD20 today.
jintyb - There's lots of fruit for free this time of year like plums, apples and blackberries. I got loads of blackberries today for free - must be well over a kilo. Only two apples however.
Of course, best to read first about safety/legal issues and how to safely identify/prepare/store the fruit etc.
Oh yes, dannie, I'm old school when it comes to gathering brambles and apples. There are loads where I go dogwalking, but they're not quite ready yet in our neck of the woods. Next month though I'll have the OH climbing up the trees! They are on a public walkway, so no legal issues ( I think!)
Last year I stocked up my freezer with them!

Good morning all!
Well, no NSD yesterday as my can-opener died in the morning so had to be replaced.
OH got his new phone and we managed to get his monthly contract reduced by £15 per month and a decent deal on the insurance. Considering that he has dropped two phones off scaffolding at work during the last two years its well worth it!
Anyhoo, he got an all-singing,all-dancing modeland since he's the biggest Luddite EVER, it kept him quiet for hours as he figured out how to work it!
BEANIE - so sorry about the laptop- hope you can get it sorted?
Hoping for a NSD today, no plans to spend ( when has that ever stopped me?)
