After a rough price for a bungalow loft/ dorma conversion

Options
Evening!!

Ive seen a nice little two bed detached bungalow for sale however its pretty tiny!

The neighbours on both sides have had loft conversions and dorma windows put in to gain use of the loft space.

Is there a very approximate rough cost of doing this? Id be after a new bedroom and ensuite upstairs, nothing too fancy spec wise!

Id be after converting the loft and replacing the lean to with a small extension to enlarge the kitchen.

Im thinking about 30K for this and a half decent renovation or am I way off?

What you need is an accurate price, not a rough price. Get someone to give you a quote, then you'll know. There is no binding commitment if you get a quote. Anything else is just guesswork.
I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.
