Safest Way to pay for Private Let caravan holiday?

Thank you for all your help on my previous topic!
We have opted to go to Haggeston Castle in a private let caravan - however, i am wondering how is the safest way to pay for this so i am protected? I can just imagine getting there and there not actually being a caravan!!!!:eek:
Oh, and can i use the Haven facilities all day even before check in?

Private recommendations are the best IMO i dont know anyone at haggerston sorry. Ebay with good feedback and long term seller. Owners direct of good websites with long term customers.

Reminds me of my F.I.L only two weeks ago returning from Turkey they "spoke" to another couple from uk who got their apartment for £36 a week and flights through a website ??
