Days Inn hotel

I stopped overnight at a days inn hotel and gave my registration number to the reception on check in because its free parking for guests.I get home and i have a parking charge notice off parking eye for £60 for parking over 2 hours(thats the limit if your not a guest)

Been back in touch with days inn(who parking eye work for),spoke to the manager, and they will not do anything, they admit they are in the wrong but want me to go through the appeals process with parking eye, cheeky gits.

Ignore it, but complain as much as you can to Days Inn, you shouldn't have to experience this as a paying customer.

Remember you have a contractual relationship with DaysInn, but none at all with the parking company.

Don't communicate with Parking eye at all - ignore them ... they will send you a number of letters & eventually give up!!

Parking Eye can and should be ignored totally - Check the letter chain sticky in parking for an idea of what to expect and do a search to see how far beneath contempt these muppets are.

If you are going to bend any ears, Days Inn's senior management are the guys to have a go at!
