Virgin CC

Hi all, last year I took out a 0% Virgin CC and transferred over my debt to it. I believe that the 0% only lasts for 12months and I will again have to transfer it the debt to a different 0% CC.

Iam struggling to find when my current 0% period ends, can anyone offer any advice?

Many thanks :)

Isn't it shown on page 3 of your monthly statement? Mine is.

    Click the "Statements" tab
Under "Select a month", select your most recent statement month
    Click "View"
    Then click "View official statement"
Scroll down to page 3 and you'll see a section headed "Promotional monthly rates you're currently using", where the end date will be shown.

    It is there.
Go to your online statement then click the "View official statement" button.
You will then see a .pdf document that is exactly the same as the paper statement.
On page 2 or 3 of that they list your promotional rates of interest and expiry dates.

Or just call them now on 0800 015 0306
they claim to operate 24hrs a day.

Ah yes, cheers guys. Although iam struggling to understand it all. :o

My first statement was in Aug 2010, so my 12months )% will be up now. Will I be charged a interest fee on the total balance from now on?

If you are, then last month's statement should have given an "estimated interest next month" figure.

But I rather suspect you haven't viewed an official Virgin statement for some time (if ever?) if you didn't know where to find it?
