Help please with new car purchase

Hi there I have just bought a seat Leon tdi. Paid cash to a private seller, test drove the car no problems. Paid signed for it no warranty.

Left 150 miles later car is dead on the side of the road.

What can I do any help would be great. I feel sick as a pick.

I don't mind if he helps fix it

Have you discussed it witht he seller yet.

Only thing that is possible is going to small claims court if the seller refuses to refund or repair.

p.s does the car have petrol

Sorry to say this, but I can't see that you can do anything but get someone to fix it.

If the seller will do it for nothing, then choose that option.

If the seller won't fix it, then you will have to make other arrangements to get the car fixed.

Where is the car now?
Still by the side of the road?
