Anthonis, good luck in your venture, but you really may benefit from talking to a Businesslink advisor as mentioned above.
VAT - you MUST NOT charge VAT if you are not VAT registered. Company structure - if there is a choice between self-employed and limited, probably self-employed, but ash BL or better still an accountant.0 -
Thanks that's helpful. Yeah i will definitely contact businesslink :j
Yeah I think that better to start from SE for now. It got less expenses as I understand.
Also i wanted to ask is there any more that i have to pay when I am SE? I mean NI Class 2 and 4 as must, and are there any income/profit tax or something else?0 -

All depends on how much you earn.
Also, make sure that you get someone to proof read any business literature before you send it out.
If you send a letter or brochure out to a prospective client and it's riddled with bad spelling and grammar you'll last 5 minutes.
Is it customer service or a consumer service you're providing because if you advertise a costumer service no one is going to know what you're talking about.
I know you won't say exactly what you're doing but the people from Businesslink are going to ask you. If you go down the route of saying "I don't want to tell you in case you steal the idea from me" then you might as well not bother calling them.Estate Agent, Web Designer & All Round Geek!0 -
