Competition Terms and Conditions

• The competition is open to residents of the UK only.
• Closing date for entries is 30th September 2011.
• One entry per person.
• No purchase necessary.
• The Winner will receive:
  -Return flights from London to Los Angeles – the route and airline are at the discretion of Incos Ltd
  -Accommodation in Los Angeles is provided for four nights – Hotel provider strictly at the discretion of Incos Ltd.
  - The prize must be taken before 30th of April 2012
  - There is a black out period during the 15th of December until the 15th of January to which travel is not permitted
  - $500 USD spending money each person (2 maximum)
  - 2x VIP Warner Brothers Studio Tour Tickets http://vipstudiotour.warnerbros.com/
  -If the prize winner travelling is under the age of 18 years, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18.
  - Not included in the prize are airport transfers, passport or visa requirements, and any other additional expenditure that is not otherwise stipulated.
  -Travel Insurance will be provided by Incos Ltd
  -Travel to and from the hotel to the Warner Brothers Studio is not included. However there are parking facilities for guests available if you intend on driving otherwise we suggest taking a taxi.
  -The prize winner must have valid UK Passports and be available to travel on dates specified.
  -The Prize cannot be deferred or redeemed for cash.
• There is no cash substitute.
• The prize is non transferable.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.
• The winning entrant will be selected by an independent judge from all completed entries with the correct answer and notified by phone or email by 12th October 2011.
• Please allow 28 days for appropriate prizes to be delivered.
• Two attempts to contact the winner will be made after which a new winner will be drawn. Up to two winners will be contacted before the prize is forsaken. Winners must respond to the promoter within 14 days of being contacted. Winners that respond after that period, will not be eligible for the prize if a second winner has been contacted.
• The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the competition if is felt that it has been in any way fraudulently entered.
• Competition is not open to employees of Incos Ltd, Superdrug, Redskin Limited or Warner Brothers their family members or affiliates.
• The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By accepting the prize the winners agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The winner's names and locations will be available by sending a SAE marked 'Gossip Girl 4 Winner' to the Promoter BEFORE the 16th October 2011
