Hi I want to try making homemade sausage rolls and pasties that I can do in bulk and freeze does anyone have any recipes for these thanks:)

You could also make mini beef burgers,instead of a oblong shape,you could male them round,top the burger with fried onion & burger relish before you wrap them in the pastry,the onion would help to keep the meat moist.
As for the ready made pastry,Tesco's own is cheaper than the branded stuff.
