2.1.07 What DFW/MSE have you done or will you do today?

Good morning everyone. Put down here just one or two things, however small that you have done or will do today, that will help you on your DFW/MSE journey.

Well today I finally have to brave the supermarkets for the first time since before Christmas. I have tried to put things off for as long as possible but don't think the milk passes the "nose" test any longer!

So I have made the smallest of shopping lists and am determined to stick to it, only being tempted by whatever is in the reduced cabinet and nothing else!!

I am also going to put something else on Ebay. Not sure what yet, but will put at least one thing on.

Happy New Year! Today, I'm going to start cycling into town at lunchtimes instead of driving, and I'm not going to drink alcohol on school nights.

I will be sending a letter recorded delivery to First Direct to close my account before they start their charges then paying 75p interest to halifax before handing over their letter regarding closing my account.
Also hope to have a very low spend day e.g. just parking in town & postage costs.

    Have a good day everyone

Yesterday I processed some sprouts for the freezer. They cost me 15p for 3 x 700g bags for asda - reduced of course. I felt really good and we had some for dinner too.

today I'm making the leftovers of the pork joint into something with some reduced cream and some mushrooms. all in my fridge waiting to be used up!.

I'm going to plan my meals for this week too. NSD for me hopefully too.

Did all the comps on pigsback.

Planning on a no spend day today....I could actually get used to feeling like I've been ran over by a steamroller - haven't done anything spend wise except pay essential bills in over a week :/
