Has anyone used iphone-repairs-parts.co.uk?

If not, don’t bother. This is a highly unprofessional company and I would avoid them at all costs!!

Two weeks ago I bought a replacement iPhone screen from the above and everything seemed ok and legit. The confirmation page appeared and I was told that an email would be sent with all the confirmation details. Still haven’t received an email.

Monday morning I checked my account and, sure enough, payment had been taken by “Remobile Ltd Frome”.

I thought, OK, perhaps this means they have received my order and despatched it, I’ll wait a few days to see if anything appears in the post.

Friday comes, no post. So I decided to check the website to see if I can get in touch with them. Tried the email address on the contact us page, Sales@iphone-spares-parts.co.uk, this doesn’t work – the emails just bounced back saying that delivery has failed.

I didn’t notice this at first but the email address doesn’t match the wesite’s domain so I tried sending an email to Sales@iphone-repairs-parts.co.uk. This sent but no reply. I also filled in the “send us a message” thing on their contact us page (in this message I mentioned that their published email address didn’t work). Guess what, no reply.

There was also a phone number on the contact us page – 0800 644 1975. This just rang and rang.

Earlier this week I thought I’d check the site to see if they had updated their contact details. To my amazement they had entirely changed not only their contact details but their business name too! They are now called “Genuine Mobile Parts LTD”, their email address has changed and so has their 0800 number.

I’ll try contacting them through these but I don’t hold much hope of resolving the issue but I’ll keep you posted.

Has any one else used this company? If so, have you had any success?

Also, does anybody have any tips for contacting uncontactable companies?
